Hand rolled to protect the quality of the tea leaves and preserve freshness, this green tea is named after its resemblance to late century gunpowder and contains the highest caffeine level of any green tea we know. This tea delivers a full-bodied cup with a slight smoky flavor and is in no way a wimpy green tea. Running late and need a quick start in the morning, this tea will pack your cannon with a kick.

Our Gunpowder Green tea is also a favorite used by a local Mead Master for his popular Gunpowder Green Mead. Huzzah!
