Mermaid Bay

 Whether you are steaming up a big pot of crabs, or making grilled fish, steamed shrimp or fried chicken, Mermaid Bay should be the first jar of spices you reach for.  Try it on french fries, potato salad, in vegetable dips and taste the savory difference!  

Ingredients:  Celery Salt, Mustard, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Allspice, Ginger, Mace, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Paprika

2.0 oz sealed jar with shaker lid.



  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

    Heat the oven to 375°F and arrange a rack in the middle. Toss 2 cups pumpkin seeds with 2 teaspoons vegetable oil. Roast on a baking sheet, stirring every 5 minutes, until seeds are aromatic, crisp, and browned, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Mermaid Bay Seasoning and 1 teaspoon kosher salt, toss to combine.
