A sell-out at every Faire, Elderberry Peach Passion tastes as delicious as it smells. A strong fruit flavored tea with a citrus aroma, this tea is great as an iced tea or served hot with dessert.

For a summer sun tea, add 2 to 4 teaspoons of tea to 4 cups of cold water, and place in a glass jar with a lid. Set the jar in the sun. In one hour, check the tea's strength. Continue to steep until tea reaches your desired strength. Sweeten and pour over ice.
